Flavourful, tangy, and crunchy!

I made up this recipe all by myself. One day, I was thinking that fennel would go well with raisins and curry and indeed, it does! Ketchup is used as an easy substitute for tomato paste. I'm not sure what makes a chutney a chutney, but if it looks like a chutney, and squawks like a chutney, I guess it's a chutney. Hope you enjoy making it and (especially) eating it!
